Consultation - 1 Hour: £40
During this 1-hour consultation, we'll have an open conversation to understand your goals and concerns. This session allows us to create a tailored plan for your needs.

 

Counselling - 1 Hour: £50
A 1-hour counselling session to provide a safe and supportive space to express your feelings and work through your concerns.

 

Hypnotherapy - 1.5 Hours: £60
Individual sessions are 1.5 hours in length and include 45 minutes of counselling and 45 minutes of hypnotherapy to explore the depths of your subconscious.

Couples Counselling - 1.5 Hours: £80
Strengthen your relationship with a 1.5-hour couples counselling session, designed to promote empathy, understanding, and resolution of relationship issues.

Block Booking for Counselling (6 Sessions): £250

If you choose to block book 6 counselling sessions in advance, you'll receive one session for free. This provides continuity and support for your emotional well-being.

 

Block Booking for Hypnotherapy (6 Sessions): £300

If you choose to block book 6 hypnotherapy sessions in advance, you'll receive one session for free. This offers excellent value and continuity for your journey.

 

Block Booking for Couples Counselling (6 Sessions): £400
If you choose to block book 6 couples counselling sessions in advance, you'll receive one session for free, ensuring ongoing support for your relationship.
